JIRA - Expert
- JIRA was used to create epics and user stories, log bugs, and manage sprint and product backlog/prioritization
NetSuite/Freshdesk - Expert
- NetSuite and Freshdesk were used in combination to leverage customer order data and support ticket logging.
- NetSuite API's were used to auto-entitle purchases made directly to the Clinical Platform
Figma/Adobe XD - Intermediate
- Adobe XD/Figma were used by UI/UX to create mockups, wireframes, walkthroughs, and a digital style guide.
Tableau - Intermediate
- Tableau was used to create interactive reporting dashboards for platform analytics.
